well you should get a new one and for the new one you should get insurance(:

Here’s nothing you can do. The phone has to be repaired (if possible) by a professional.

  3. rey says:

Sounds like u cracked the lcd screen so either get a replacement or go to verizon and switch phones

  4. Ed says:

I did the same some time ago and I finally had to get a new phone—some features may work but without the screen you are basically dead in the water

Well on the down side, it’s probably broken.

On the up side, it was only a KIN.

You can try pulling the battery out and putting it back. I doubt here’s an alternate master reset for it, and I doubt that would fix it anyway.

You could probably get a repair done on it, but… it’s a KIN… maybe you should get another phone.

Maybe Take it to the phone shop to fix it or D.I.Y or just leave it
